  • ham - 14 oz (400 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • white brine cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 1 head

How to make

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, then briefly fry the finely chopped ham. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the feta cheese and add the fried ham.

Season it with spices and fill the peppers with this stuffing. Finally, fill each pepper with mashed white brine cheese and put them in a greased oven dish to bake.
