Ingredients

  • avocados - 2
  • cucumbers - 1
  • yoghurt – 1/2 cup (140 g)
  • vegetable broth – 1/2 cube
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • dill - 1 tablespoon
  • ice
  • leeks – 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper
  • peppers - 1, red

Preparation

Boil the water and add the crushed broth cube. Then cool it.

Peel and cut the avocado and cucumber into cubes and finely chop the dill and leeks. The products and cooled broth are placed in a blender and blended.

When serving the soup, sprinkle it with a pepper chopped into small cubes or parsley.find similar recipes here
