Macaroni and Spinach Moussaka

Boil the spinach in a little salted water. Drain it, chop it finely and mix it with the grated feta cheese and 2 beaten eggs. Boil and drain the pasta.

In a buttered fireproof dish, arrange the pasta and spinach mixture. Finish with macaroni. Add the melted butter and place it in a preheated oven.

After 5 minutes, remove it and pour on the mixture, made of beaten eggs and milk. Bake a little longer, until the topping is browned.find similar recipes here
