"Spicy meatballs, made by professionals for professionals! For everyone else, there`s plain ol` meatballs."

Ingredients

  • beef - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • pork - 7 oz (200 g), all types
  • salami - 3.5 oz (100 g), smoked
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 1, red or green
  • chili peppers - 1
  • bread - 1 thick slice of dry white, without the crust
  • milk - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • eggs - 1
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • cumin
  • allspice
  • flour
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Salt the meat and cut the salami into pieces. Wash and clean the peppers of seeds, chop the onion and soak the bread in the milk.

All this, together with the salami and meat, is ground twice. Allow the mixture to stand for about an hour. Add the egg and the spices and knead the minced meat.

Form meatballs, roll them in flour and fry them in hot oil.
