Ingredients

  • mutton - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 3 heads
  • brandy - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml), apple
  • celery
  • peppers - 1 red
  • spearmint
  • salt

How to make

Chop the boneless mutton coarsely and the onion. Boil in a pot with 12 1/2 cups (3 liters) of water.

Add the celery, brandy and salt to taste. When the meat becomes tender, add the sliced pepper and boil for another 15 - 20 min.

Once ready, season with spearmint.
