Soak the gelatin in cold white wine. Squeeze out the juice of the strawberries and set the rest aside. Heat the strawberries’ juice on the stove. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.

Pour the gelatin into the hot juice and stir until fully dissolved. Pour the juice and gelatin to the egg yolks and mix well once again. Beat the egg whites into a foam, then whip the cream separately.

Finally, combine all the ingredients. Put a little of the drained strawberries in glasses and the actual cream on top. Garnish with mint and serve chilled.find similar recipes here
