Ingredients

  • potatoes - 8
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs - 5 - 6 tablespoons
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - for frying
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Boil the peeled potatoes to slight softening and once cool, cut them into 1/2″ (1 cm) thick balls.

Mix the flour and breadcrumbs with the finely grated ham. Roll the pre-soaked potato balls in the mixture, press them well.

Then dip them in beaten eggs and fry them in hot oil. Strain on a paper towel.
