Boil the peeled potatoes to slight softening and once cool, cut them into 1/2″ (1 cm) thick balls.

Mix the flour and breadcrumbs with the finely grated ham. Roll the pre-soaked potato balls in the mixture, press them well.

Then dip them in beaten eggs and fry them in hot oil. Strain on a paper towel.find similar recipes here
