Ingredients

  • lemons - 3
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g), cubes
  • eggs - 3
  • white whine - 1 cup (250 ml)

Preparation

Rub the sugar cubes into the washed and dried lemons, squeeze lemon juice over the cubes and wait for them to melt.

Mix the eggs with the wine and 1 cup (250 ml) of water. Add the sugar with the lemon juice and stir on very low heat until you get a cream (the mixture must not come to a boil).
