Ingredients

  • fish - 1 1/2 large sea fish
  • lemons - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • tomatoes - 4 + 2 for the topping
  • garlic - 4 - 5 crushed cloves
  • peas - 1/2 cup canned
  • carrots - 1 grated
  • parsley - 1 bunch, finely chopped
  • olive oil - 6 tablespoons

How to make

Clean and cut the fish into pieces. Sprinkle it with the juice from the lemon and flavour it well with salt and pepper. Peel the 4 tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Add the crushed garlic to the tomatoes and mix with the chopped parsley, carrot and peas with olive oil. Salt and add ground black pepper as desired.

Put the mixture into a greased tray, arrange the pieces of fish on top and cover with tomato circles from the other 2 tomatoes. Pour in a thin stream of olive oil and put the Greek-style fish to bake in a moderately heated oven.
