"An uncompromisingly delicious pizza."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • salt
  • baker's yeast - 1/2 cube, or 1 packet dry
  • vienna sausages - 4 for the filling
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g), pickled
  • corn - 1 2/3 cups (400 g) fresh
  • peppers - 2 - 3 pieces, roasted
  • tomato paste
  • parsley
  • basil
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g), for sprinkling

How to make

Knead the first five products into a soft dough. Roll out crusts, depending on how many pizzas you want to cook and how thick you want them.

Spread the crusts in greased pans, coat with tomato paste, then put sliced vienna sausages (or frankfurters) on them, sprinkle with parsley and basil. Add sliced mushrooms, corn, peppers cut into strips, and at the very top sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese melts.
