Ingredients

  • salmon - 7 oz (200 g), salty
  • avocados - 7 oz (200 g)
  • wine - 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Beat 3/4 of the salmon into a puree. Add the cleaned and chopped avocado and beat some more.

Add the wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth like a thin sauce.
