Ingredients

  • honey - 2 cups (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 egg yolks and 2 egg whites
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • cloves - 1 teaspoon, ground
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp, full
  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)

How to make

Warm the honey and gently mix it with pre-beaten egg yolks with sugar. Add the cinnamon, cloves, baking soda and flour gradually.

Beat everything well and finally mix in the beaten egg whites gently. Put the mixture into a greased oven dish and put it to bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.

Optionally, smear the finished and slightly cooled treats with honey or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
