"Lyon-style Mushrooms and a bottle of French wine - doesn`t that sound like the perfect romantic dinner?"

Ingredients

  • mushrooms - about 3 lb (1.3 kg)
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste, ground
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • lemons - 2 oz (50 g)
  • parsley - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)

How to make

Cut the mushrooms into slices with a thickness of 0.1 (3 mm). Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and put them to fry in butter on high heat.

Separately fry the finely chopped onion and add it to the already softened mushrooms. Fry until done. Serve the Lyon mushrooms with lemon juice and crushed parsley.
