  • for the egg white cream
  • eggs - 4 egg whites
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • flour - 4 tablespoons
  • for the yolk cream
  • eggs - 4 whole + 4 egg yolks
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • vanilla - 1
  • walnuts
  • cocoa - 3 tsp

How to make

Beat the products for the yolk cream together in a bowl with a mixer for about 8-12 minutes.

Beat 4 egg whites with the 4 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons of flour with a mixer until homogeneous. First pour the yellow cream in a preheated cake form, in which you've put a little oil and flour.

Sprinkle the top with chopped nuts and cocoa. Cover with the egg white cream and bake in a moderate oven.
