Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 4
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • peppers - 1, red
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 4.5 oz (120 g)
  • pickles - 2
  • breadcrumbs
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Tenderize the chicken breasts carefully under foil to prevent tearing them. Flavor with spices and set them aside. Sauté the mushrooms in preheated oil and season them with salt and black pepper.

Cut the cheese, pepper, bacon and pickles into long thin strips. At the center of each piece of chicken place a piece of cheese, pickles, pepper, bacon and a bit of the fried mushrooms. Roll it up and close with toothpicks. Thus prepared chicken roulades are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried on all sides until golden.

Serve with strips of peppers, pickles and cheese.
