Prepare the meatball mixture, by mixing the minced meat, chopped onion, egg, bread, cumin, season with salt and black pepper. Shape small meatballs and fry them in oil.

Heat oil and put the sliced carrots and whole cleaned onion heads to stew. After a while, add the finely chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, season and let boil for a bit.

Distribute the meatballs in a large tray, top them with the tomato mixture, arrange the pieces of butter and put in the oven at 392°F (200 °C) for awhile.find similar recipes here
