"Spring spaghetti with a dock aroma and lovely sauce - eat up and don`t worry about your figure."

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • dock - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • green onions - 1 - 2 sprigs
  • walnuts - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the pasta according to package directions. Tear the cleaned and dried dock into pieces and put in a food processor or blender.

Add the walnuts, chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper to taste and blend everything, while gradually adding the oil through the opening.

To this smooth paste, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of cream, if desired. Mix the boiled spaghetti very well with the paste and served. This recipe for spaghetti with dock is extremely easy and delicious.
