Ingredients

  • vegetables - 12.5 oz (350 g), mix of carrot, pepper, corn and pickles
  • tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g), dried
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml), dry
  • eggs - 5
  • sunflower seeds - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • parmesan - 4.5 oz (125 g), grated
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 °C). Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl and make a well in the middle of it. Pour in the wine with the lightly beaten eggs there. Use a whisk to whip.

All vegetables, seeds, parmesan and olive oil are mixed with the dough and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Put the salty pastry with vegetables into a greased pie pan or regular pan with a diameter of 8 1/2″ (22 cm) and bake for about an hour in a preheated oven.
