Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 4, large
  • peppers - 2
  • chili peppers - 1 - 2
  • garlic - 1 clove, crushed
  • eggs - 1 hard - boiled
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • spearmint - 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper - freshly ground
  • puree - 1 cup (250 g), dairy
  • parsley - 1/2 a bunch

How to make

Wash, dry, cut the caps off the tomatoes and carve out their insides. The peppers are cleaned and cut into very small pieces.

Mix with the crushed chilies, crushed garlic, crushed egg (can use 2) and feta cheese, spices to taste and a trickle of oil. Finally, everything is mixed with the puree. This mixture is stuffed in the tomatoes, optionally you can reduce or increase any of the ingredients.

Serve this salad with fresh chopped parsley and, if possible, with a brandy.
