Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 egg whites
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 3 tablespoons for the egg whites
  • fruits - by choice, cut
  • cocoa - for sprinkling
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), chopped

How to make

Beat the egg whites in a pan in a water bath with the granulated sugar until it forms a thick, hard snow. Beat the cream with the powdered sugar and carefully mix the two mixtures and stir.

Distribute the cream into chilled dessert cups or bowls. Top with a decoration of fruit slices, sprinkle with a little cocoa and chopped walnuts.
