  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g), for the dough
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • water - 3 tablespoons
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 cup (220 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g) frozen
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (160 g)
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp


Put the butter, olive oil, water, sugar and salt to boil in a pot. Add flour and stir until it becomes a ball. While still hot, roll out the dough and shape it into circles depending on your baking form. If you don't have one, use a large tray with wavy walls.

Put some baking paper in the cake form or tray and press the dough on the bottom and sides. Put this to bake in an oven preheated to 392°F (200 °C) for about 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.

Sauté the spinach in butter, then mix with the eggs and feta cheese and add the cumin. Optionally, you can increase the amount of ingredients. Fill the tart with spinach stuffing and put it back to bake, until the eggs solidify.find similar recipes here
