Ingredients

  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • eggs - 2 - 3 + 1 boiled for serving
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cottage cheese - 6 oz (175 g)
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Fry the flour in the preheated oil, add the cleaned and chopped spinach and stir well. When it is tender salt and top it up with hot water to get mixture to the desired density. Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and finely chopped parsley, if desired - add black pepper and crushed garlic. Add the egg mixture while stirring. Leave it to a boil and remove it from the heat.

Mix it with the cottage cheese and serve with a boiled or fried egg.
