Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • white wine - 2 cups
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • citric acid

How to make

Blanch the cleaned, washed and sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes in boiling water, containing the citric acid. Drain and arrange in jars.

Sprinkle them with black pepper peppercorns. Pour in a mixture of water and wine, to which the salt has been added. Close the jars and sterilize for 60 minutes.
