How to make

Cut the livers finely and fry it in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 grams) of butter. Add the washed and sliced mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of wine, and when it boils, add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt and pepper. Fill the turkey with this mixture, add the lukanka and sew it closed.

Put the turkey in a tray, arrange slices of bacon on it and put it to bake, after sprinkling it with salt and pepper. Bake the turkey for about 2.5 hours. Put the onions in a pot with a piece of butter and a spoon of water to stew for about 20-30 minutes.

Take them out and put 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 cup (250 ml) of water, salt and pepper in the same pot and allow the mixture to boil for about 15 minutes. At the end, pour in the 1 cup of wine. The turkey can be served chopped into pieces with the stuffing.

The sauce is mixed with the juices from baking and served in a warmed gravy boat.
