"Crunchy chicken legs with sesame, for which you`ll need extra beer to go with."

Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 7 - 8
  • cheese - 8 tablespoons, grated
  • sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
  • oregano - 1 tablespoon, crushed
  • thyme - 1 tablespoon, crushed
  • lemon zest - grated
  • eggs - 2
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • soya sauce
  • mushrooms - optional

How to make

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Sprinkle all sides of the legs with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs well.

In a separate bowl, combine all other products/ingredients. Dip each leg first in beaten egg and then roll it well in the mixture. Arrange in a baking dish greased with oil and pour on the lemon juice.

Optionally, you can add mushrooms and soya sauce while baking. Cover the baked drumsticks with foil initially and at the end, leave them uncovered to redden.
