Ingredients

  • rice - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • beef - 7 oz (200 g) mince
  • vegetable broth - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 1
  • bread - 1 slice
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • peanuts - 1 cup, crushed
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Soak the cleaned and washed rice in warm salted water for 1 hour. Drain and fry it until golden. Add the vegetable broth and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Knead the minced meat with the egg and soaked bread slice, add salt and pepper and shape small balls to then fry. Separately, fry the peanuts.

Arrange rice at the bottom of the plate, top with the small meatballs and cover with the fried peanuts.
