Ingredients

  • dough - 17.5 oz (500 g) bread
  • champignons - 500 g, fresh
  • margarine - 2 tablespoons
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • milk - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3 - 4
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g) or cheese

How to make

Spread the dough in a buttered tray, pull the edges up to form a rim. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry them in the margarine and distribute them over the dough.

Top it with a mixture of beaten eggs, milk, flour, crumbled feta cheese or cheese and the spices. Bake for 35-40 minutes at high heat.
