"Get your beers out, you won`t believe the kind of caviar meatballs we have in store for you."

Ingredients

  • caviar - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • bread - 0.5 oz (12 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • onions - 0.5 oz (20 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • flour - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • parsley
  • black pepper

How to make

Mash the caviar well. Add the soaked and squeezed bread to it, along with the finely chopped onion, black pepper, parsley and egg.

Knead a dough and make meatballs from it. Crumb them in flour, breadcrumbs and fry it in hot oil.

Serve with an appropriate garnish.
