"Why oh why are the tastiest things in this world always fried?"

Ingredients

  • fish - 1, stockfish or other type, by choice
  • oil
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 1 head
  • white wine - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • corn flour - 4 tablespoons
  • potatoes - 5
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • lettuce - 3 leaves

How to make

Roll the fish, cleaned from its skin and bones, in corn flour and fry it in oil. Sauté the finely chopped vegetables with the spices in the same oil.

Put the fried fish on top of the sautéed vegetables, sprinkle with wine and bake them in the oven.

Serve on a bed of lettuce.
