Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • milk - 1/3 cup (90 ml)
  • for the filling
  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g) pork
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • soya sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper - freshly ground
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • crab rolls - 2 - 3
  • for the crumbing
  • eggs - 3
  • mashed potatoes - instant
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Boil the potatoes, drain and peel them. Mash them with the butter, salt and milk, taking care to get a thick puree, not a runny one. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Preheat a few tablespoons of oil and fry the finely crushed garlic for 10-20 seconds. Add the pork mince and stir until crumbled well.

Add the soya sauce, a little black pepper and paprika and fry to full readiness. If necessary, add a little salt. Scoop from the paste and spread it in your palm slightly. Put a spoonful of minced meat and a crab roll slice in the middle.

Gently shape the potato balls. Roll each in mashed potato powder and beaten egg and drop to fry to a nice tan in preheated oil.find similar recipes here
