Ingredients

  • champignons - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • broth - 4 1/5 cups (1 l) bone
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 2

How to make

Clean the mushrooms, wash and grind them in a meat grinder. Stew on low heat with the grated onion for about 10 minutes.

Fry this with the flour, then add the broth and black pepper. Take the soup off the fire, thicken with cream and sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley and boiled and coarsely chopped eggs.
