Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • baking soda - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml), for frying

Preparation

To the sifted flour, add the lightly beaten eggs, milk, baking soda and salt. Stir this mixture well until it becomes a smooth pulp.
