Ingredients

  • apples - 17.5 oz (500 g) red
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • flour - 3 cups
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • milk - 2 cups, or use cool water
  • eggs - 2, optional

How to make

Dice the apples (peel them if desired). After being cut into cubes, sprinkle them with sugar and allow to sit for 2 hours. While the apples are sitting, mix all the other products to form a homogeneous mixture.

Once the apples are ready, put them in the mixture and bake in a pre-heated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Initially, bake the red apple cake for 20 minutes on the bottom, then bake on the top for the same amount of time.
