  • cheese - 17.5 oz (500 g) very hard or special type for grilling, or use halloumi cheese
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp


Cut the cheese into slices about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
