"A fresh, colorful salad that demands a whole lot of brandy."

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2
  • cucumbers - 1
  • red onions - 1 small head
  • chickpeas - 1/2 can (or eyeball it), boiled
  • mint - a few leaves, chopped
  • olives - for decoration
  • for the sauce
  • yoghurt - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon, or dill, chopped

How to make

Beat all the ingredients for the sauce and leave it in a cool area. Distribute the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and thin strips of red onions into 2 deep plates.

Sprinkle with the chickpeas, pour the sauce in the middle and finish off the salad with an olive and chopped fresh mint or basil.

Optionally, you can add a pepper.
