Clean the washed carp, add salt and coat it with the lemon juice. Cut the sauerkraut into strips and fry them in the oil until soft. Add the rice and 1 cup of hot water.

Let the mixture saute until the water gets absorbed. Sprinkle it with black pepper and pour it into an oven dish. Put the carp on top and pour on the melted butter. Add 1/2 cup water.
