"Tender turkey with a fruit flavor and juicy garnish - who could possibly remember that they`re on a diet?"

Ingredients

  • turkey - 28 oz (800 g) fillet
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g), large
  • onions - 1 head, roundly sliced
  • ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • oranges - 3
  • broccoli - 14 oz (400 g), ripped into florets
  • spice mix - 1 tbsp

How to make

Cut the meat into thin, elongated strips. Heat the olive oil and put the pieces of meat in it, then add the spice mix. Stir for about 10 minutes, after which, remove the meat.

In the same oil, add the sliced mushrooms. Once they soften, add the onions and ginger. Saute until the onions soften. Grate the rind of 1 orange and squeeze out the juice. Peel the remaining oranges and cut them into strips.

Return the meat to the pan and put in the juice, rind and orange strips. Lastly, add the broccoli florets. Cover everything with a lid and let it saute on medium heat for about 6 minutes.
