Ingredients

  • lettuce - 4 - 5 leaves
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 - 8 small
  • cucumbers - 1/2
  • walnuts - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • croutons - a handful
  • emmental - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chicken breasts - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • savory
  • butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • for the dressing
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • black pepper - optional
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp

How to make

Cut chicken meat into strips, roll them lightly in savory, salt and pepper and put them to fry in the heated butter.

In a salad plate, arrange a bed of lettuce leaves. On it, arrange the cucumber, roundly sliced, the cherry tomatoes, croutons, diced emmental and coarse pieces of walnuts. Arrange the chicken on top.

Prepare a dressing of mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour it over the salad.
