"We`ve all eaten stuffed peppers but you`ve never had ones as tasty as these, wrapped in puff pastry."

Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • peppers - 12, roasted and peeled
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • savory - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal-sized squares. Whisk the eggs and add crumbled feta cheese to them, then the chopped ham and savory. Stir well.

Stuff the resulting mixture into the peppers.

Put a pepper in each puff pastry square and wrap it like a funnel. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 20 minutes.
