Ingredients

  • lamb - 2.5 lb (1.2 kg)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • water - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp

How to make

Wash the meat and drain it, peel it, rub it with salt and mustard and fry in preheated oil. Bake, pouring the sauce over the meat repeatedly.

Add the sauce to some boiling water and thicken with flour mixed into the cream.

Season to taste with the tomato paste.
