Ingredients

  • fish - 3.5 oz (100 g) fillet, smoked
  • tuna - 3.5 oz (100 g) fillet, canned
  • avocados - 1
  • margarine - 2 - 3 tablespoons, half - melted
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon, fine
  • olives - 10 green
  • honey - 1/2 tsp, or sugar
  • lemon juice - 1 teaspoon + orange juice
  • limes - grated rind
  • black pepper
  • bread - rye

Preparation

Clean the avocado and remove the inside. De-salt the fish fillets and drain the canned tuna. Mix the products and spices.
