Preparation

Put the eggplants in a baking dish and pierce each one with a fork. Bake them in the oven, and once ready, put them in a pot to saute.

Peel the eggplants and put them in a jar. Then add the mayonnaise, salt and grated garlic. Blend everything.

This appetizer goes very well with brandy.
