Ingredients

  • beef - 21 oz (600 g)
  • oil - 1/3 cup (75 ml)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • mushrooms - 4.5 oz (120 g), sterilized
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peppers - 1 - 2
  • beef broth
  • tomatoes - 3
  • rice - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • red wine - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 ml)
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the cleaned of bones meat into portions and along with the chopped onion, saute until it remains mostly in oil. Add the paprika, salt and wine, and then - the mushrooms, cut into strips, and the finely chopped peppers.

Pour warm water over the dish and add a crushed broth cube. Cap with a lid and stew until the ingredients soften. Add the rice, and after 10-15 minutes, the olives, black pepper (in peppercorns) and peeled and sliced red tomatoes.

Bake in the oven and serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
