Chop the onion finely and put it to saute in preheated oil. Once softened, add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and the carrot, chopped into thin discs. After, throw in the cleaned and finely chopped tomatoes, along with the canned tomatoes.

Allow to saute on a medium stove for about 15-20 minutes and top up with hot water (a few cups). Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and add the washed rice. After a little bit, add the flour, diluted in some water.

Leave the soup with rice and tomatoes to boil until the rice becomes tender. When serving, sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley.find similar recipes here
