Ingredients

  • mussels - 16 oz (450 g)
  • macaroni - 4/5 cup (175 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • white wine - 1/4 cup

How to make

Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion in it, until soft. Add all the other products. Leave on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the soaked in cold water and scraped mussels. Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and take out the mussels that have not opened up.

Add the macaroni, boiled in advance in salted water, and mix well.
