"A meatless stew for all who prefer to eat their meat separately."

Ingredients

  • green onions - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • oil - 1/2 cup or butter
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 3 pinches
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g) fresh
  • potatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 can

How to make

Cut the green onions and fry them in 1/2 cup oil. Finally, add the paprika and black pepper. Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms to the roux.

Saute the dish until the mushrooms soften, from time to time pouring in a cup of hot water. Cut the peeled potatoes into chunks or slices and add them to the dish.

Add the mashed tomatoes from the can, salt and let the dish simmer until the potatoes soften. Add salt to taste.
