"Dangerously delicious salad with tuna and rice - kill on sight!"

Ingredients

  • tuna - 1 can, fillet in its own sauce
  • tomatoes - 2
  • rice - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • peppers - 1 - 2 red, yellow
  • red onions - 1/2 head (or less)
  • olives - 10
  • olive oil - to taste
  • balsamic vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the washed rice in 3 cups salted water where you have also added a little olive oil. Once the rice is ready, let it cool, rinse it under cold water and drain it.

Put it in a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions, olives and mix with a little salt and black pepper. Add plenty of olive oil, add the vinegar, sesame oil and distribute it in salad bowls.

Crumble tuna in each bowl and serve with a sprig of fresh parsley.
