Saute the finely chopped leeks in hot oil. Add the olives and rice. Fry and add the sausages, hot water and spices.

Leave it to boil for 5 minutes and transfer into a tray. Put it to bake in the oven, preheated to 338°F (170 °C), until the water evaporates (about 15-20 min).find similar recipes here
