"A quick and very colorful dish that you`ll prepare in less than half an hour."

Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • leeks - 1 sprig
  • vienna sausages - 2
  • olives - 16
  • salt - to taste
  • turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 1/2 cups
  • water - 4 1/2 cups, boiling

How to make

Saute the finely chopped leeks in hot oil. Add the olives and rice. Fry and add the sausages, hot water and spices.

Leave it to boil for 5 minutes and transfer into a tray. Put it to bake in the oven, preheated to 340°F (170 °C), until the water evaporates (about 15-20 min).
