Ingredients

  • salmon - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • capellini - 1 package
  • liquid cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • lemon juice - of 1 lemon
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp

How to make

Cut the salmon into small pieces, add black pepper and salt. Put them to fry in oil in a grill pan, then cut it into even thinner pieces and pour lemon juice over them.

Boil the capellini in salted water with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Drain them. In a separate pot, heat the cream and mustard, stirring constantly.

Add salt, pepper and curry and once the sauce comes to a boil, add the pieces of salmon. Pour this sauce over the capellini and stir.

Serve each portion of them sprinkled with chopped parsley.
